The SENOBLE Group has placed an ability to listen to the customer at the heart of its quality organisation. In this respect, we have set up a quality management system in line with mass distribution requirements, now increasingly stringent in terms of food safety.

We have laid down the main principles for harmonising the quality management of all our sites, unified by a group quality policy:

• Strictly controlled dairy production methods;

• A responsible department, in terms of management of teams, and the organisation and strict respect of the regulatory framework;

• Quality system management with the control of non-compliant products, the set-up of corrective actions, internal audits and supplier monitoring;

• Human Resources management (training, versatile staff, temporary workers, etc.);

• Product manufacturing (HACCP, cleaning management, registration of all production stages, etc.);

• Measurements, analyses and improvements (laboratory analyses, equipment checks, continuous progress, processing of complaints, etc.);

• The requirement of total traceability, going right back to the milk producer, guaranteeing that all our products are referenced for better internal monitoring, and also to guarantee transparency for our consumers.

Respect of these principles ensures that our strict requirements and rigorous standards are recognised by all our customers. Our sites are certified according to the International Food Standard, or the British Retail Consortium standard in the United Kingdom. They are audited annually by an independent body, which renews these certifications.

All these commitments define our quality assurance.
