HISTORY

1928: Mona Chesterfield opened her first pastry shop in Leamington Spa, then developed a network of over 50 shops under the name "Elisabeth the Chef".

The company then expanded the production and distribution of top-of-the-range cakes and desserts, under its own brand and distributor brands in the British market.

September 2007: buyout by Senoble.

2010: Building and implementation of a new factory producing desserts in replacement of Elisabeth the Chef plants. The new subsidiary is to be renamed Senoble UK by the end of 2011.
