DAIRY PRODUCTION

The supply of the 650 million litres of milk required for the group's factories to run in France, Spain, Slovakia and Italy is coordinated by the Europe Milk Purchasing Department.

In France :

To offer the best possible quality milk to its consumers, Senoble receives 415 million litres of milk, including 375 litres collected directly by the company from 1,400 producers. All Senoble yoghurts and desserts are made using milk from six regions with a strong dairy tradition: Normandy, Lorraine, Picardy, Brittany, Alsace and Burgundy. The transportation of the milk from the collection centres to the manufacturing sites is entirely managed by Senoble to ensure that nothing is left to chance, from "pitchfork to table ". Rigorous standards of the highest quality require nothing less!

In Spain :

The Noblejas factory is supplied by the collection cooperatives of La Mancha, Extremadura and Andalusia. Part of the supplies are routed from Asturias and Galicia (the Spanish "Brittany").

In Central Europe

Senoble is present in Slovakia at two sites, one at Zvolen, the other at Rimaska Sobota. The company collects 50 million litres from southern Slovakia, close to the border with Hungary. This involves large farms originating from the former collectivist system. Today, these farms are managed and run according to the technical and management principles of Western Europe. They consist of companies and cooperatives.

Senoble partly supplies its new subsidiary Bergamin, in northern Italy, from Slovakia.
