-- New products Senoble : 2 new chocolate mousses made from origin chocolate (Equator 40% cocoa and Santo-Domingo 70% cocoa) --> 2 origins, 2 tastes for the chocolate addicts!

"After graduating from the advanced school of agronomy and agribusiness industries at Nancy, I joined Senoble on 10 April 2006 as Team Manager in Workshop 2 at the Château-Salins site. 9 months later, I was entrusted with the position of Manufacturing Deputy Manager, which I have occupied for two years.

I have been part of the Jouy team since 2009, heading up the PFL workshop. I ensure customer satisfaction both in quality and in meeting deadlines and the quantities produced.

These objectives must be reached by optimising workshop productivity and manufacturing costs. I draw upon three main areas of action and creative thinking to achieve this.

- To set up projects and procedures designed to reduce the loss of raw materials, products and packaging;
- To reduce non-productive time in the workshop by improving work stations and operators' practices and methods;
- To manage skills through constant training and assessment.
At Senoble, this daily approach to productivity includes absolute respect for the staff's safety and comfort at work. It would be unthinkable to compromise at this level.

The job I do suits me down to the ground. It completely fits in with my personal project: combining professional technical skills with people management. Being in charge of a team of 80 is a great challenge, and a remarkable source of personal enrichment!"
